What happens if the weather is bad or I need to reschedule?
We understand things happen — you can reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours’ notice. For outdoor shoots, we’ll coordinate an alternative indoor location or new date.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We shoot with 4K DSLR and drone systems, professional-grade lighting, stabilizers, and audio equipment to ensure your visuals look cinematic and crisp.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking slot and preparation time but we’re flexible with rescheduling if life happens.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our contact form, email, or Instagram. Once we confirm availability, a 25% deposit secures your date and time.
What are your prices?
We offer tiered packages depending on your needs — weddings, real estate, music videos, private events, and more. Prices typically range from $249.99 to $1,249.99, with optional add-ons like drone coverage ($149.99) or an extra camera person ($549.99).
Customized quotes available for larger events.
Do you provide raw files?
Raw files are not included by default, but they can be added for an additional fee. All final products are professionally edited to match our cinematic quality standards.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for major events (like weddings or launches), but we also accept last-minute and 24-hour bookings depending on availability.
Do you travel outside the GTA?
Yes! We serve all of Ontario, and even have International packages. Bookings outside the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) include a small travel fee to cover transportation and setup time. Please check our services section for more details or give us a call.
How long will it take to receive my photos or videos?
Photography: 5–10 business days
Videography: 10–14 business days
Rush delivery options are available upon request.
